Kileto Olepurko is a dedicated project management expert with a proven track record of supporting youth and women to drive sustainable change through initiatives that bridge gaps in education, livelihoods, and socio-economic development. With over six years of experience as a Project Coordinator for the Child & Youth Development Project under Compassion International Tanzania (CIT) in partnership with local churches, Kileto has successfully combined field expertise and strategic management skills to organize financial resources aimed at advancing women’s economic growth through field visits and training programs. He manages project budgets for annual plan implementation and supervises subordinate staff to ensure both fieldwork and office operations are effectively executed. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), obtained in 2018, and has volunteered with various organizations, including serving as a Field Officer for the Kilimo Endelevu Project under RECODA and as a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert for the Naserian Cultural Group in 2019. In 2022, Kileto founded the Community-Based Organization Pastoralists Community Action for Poverty Relief (PCAP), which is dedicated to poverty alleviation among pastoralist communities—particularly focusing on women’s economic development, early childhood education support, and health awareness education for women in Olbalbal and Ngoile, within the Ngorongoro Subdivision.
